Bubbles

I found this idea on Pinterest for bubble blowers. The girls have been asking to do this for weeks so we finally did it. One of the neighbor kids was over so we included him in our fun.

First everybody had to drink lots of water so we would have empty water bottles.

 

We cut the bottoms of the water bottles and pulled socks over the bottom and taped it nice and tight. The bubble solution is just water and dish soap. You dip the bottom of bottle into the bubbles and make sure the sock has soaked it up then blow through the top.

Haylee thought this would make a better snake so we gave it a try. You had to blow much harder but it made super snakes!

 

 

Eventually the bottles lost their interest and they moved to washing their hands, the tables, the rocks, etc.
