I officially became a North Dakota resident! Bret is also a resident now so no more paying taxes to both stated! YAY! I also technically am not a Williams anymore. Lame. The DMV needed a marriage certificate in order to put Williams on the license since my birth certificate says Bradbury. They also needed a current drivers license, which I had, along with the birth certificate to prove its actually you applying. Weird thing, my Utah license said Williams, I had my social security card which says Williams and I had Bret with me, all proving I was Shiann Williams but they didn't care. So, I'm Bradbury; and I'm not planning on taking the girls in alone and waiting for hours to change it.
