Sand Castles

Another Pinterest idea... Sand! The recipe calls for 8 cups flour 1 cup baby oil. We just dumped a 5lb bag of flour in and slowly added a bottle of baby oil. Measuring things out with Maycie's help just wasn't working.

 

 

 

Next step, stir! The spoons didn't work very well so we just mixed it with our hands. Its the softest sand ever!

 

 

 

It makes excellent sand castles! It sticks together so easily the girls are able to make the shapes all on their own.

 

 

 

Our sand has been a big hit with all the kids-even the older kids! We even went to the store to buy more supplies because its constantly being played with. Its been days now and this is still a favorite.
