Just a bunch of pictures

Ok, ok, I know, I know...
update your blog shiann...
we want to see pictures...

I know.

I. Know.

Well finally, I'm giving you pictures! Yay!

First up, the girls wanted to have a picnic breakfast with Bronco. He normally doesn't eat at the table. In fact, he was very confused. But the girls thought it was the best thing ever!

Maycie has always loved making surprises for Haylee. We started doing things when Haylee was in kindergarten. Mace missed her so much while she was gone. She was constantly coloring pictures to give Haylee the second she stepped off the bus. Finally we decided to hang them up as a huge surprise for Haylee when she walked through the door. This was our latest. I made dotted lines for Maycie to follow and she did the rest. (Except for coloring in "HAYLEE" I did that with our new fun crayons!)

Maycie colored a picture of our family by a tree (left) I colored an alien owl (right).

Ok so I really, REALLY want a trampoline! Maycie and I spent an afternoon measuring and outlining so we could talk Bret into it. (He hates the idea but it's 3 against 1 right now.) We figured we could fit a 10'tramp and there would be a little room to get a lawn mower around it. A 12' would pretty much touch the fence and the deck! But mark my words, we're going to have something fun to play with in our backyard!
This is Maycie pretending she's jumping on our rock tramp.

One of the benefits of working all night is I get to see the sun come up.  This is from about 10 days ago. It's amazing how fast things are changing. Now it's so light that the street lights have all turned off by the time I head home. It's going to be summer soon!!! (I say that so I don't get too sad about the 6 inches of snow we have)

This was my personal superbowl party. It was exciting. Go Broncos!

We've now made it to this stage in Haylee's life. She thinks she's hilarious.

Yeah, laugh all you want.
She does.

Maycie is a goose. That's all.

Ummmm can you say traumatized?! That's a grey hair. From my head!

The girls love to work on word things together. I made a "key" Haylee writes a secret message and Maycie decodes it. This keeps them busy for at least an hour.

This is when I chopped Haylees hair off!

Just Bronco. Sitting on the couch.

I catch the girls standing in these windows all the time. This evening they stood there for the longest time talking about the sunset. It was really colorful!

That's me. Blowing a bubble.

Maycie was teaching me how to write my name. Isn't it adorable?! She does dots for me all the time.

And that's all for now. Enjoy.
