At least they're willing to clean something...
They must have watched Bret wash his bike to get this idea. We all know they don't come up with the idea of cleaning things all on their own! They both take after me when it comes to that.

Salt Lake Trip
Bronco wasn't in salt lake but this is a picture from his trainer while we were there. Isn't he handsome?
Rose. Oh Rose. She's a silly looking shaved dog!
We had a campfire at the cabin!
I love the cabin.
Did you know there are not any s'mores ingredients there.
Not even chocolate.
That should change.
We were prepared with marshmallows.
We improvised the rest.
De-clutter
Look at this stuff... I got rid of this and two more garbage bags full of clothes and toys while the girls were in Bountiful. Thank you for keeping them for me so I could clean! They had so much fun and have asked multiple times if they can do that every summer!
Cosmos and monsoon
It's going to rain, downpour like a monsoon if we're in the Keystone area. That's just how things work. This day was spent dodging massive raindrops and jumping over puddles. When the skies cleared for a wee little bit, we visited the Cosmos. Awesome! Optical illusion, weird magnetic pull, hippie college kid stuff, whatever you call it, it was awesome! The girls loved it too! Haylee was selected as a volunteer. She was balancing on a chair and if she told the truth the chair would lean back and if she led it would lean forward, well, she told the truth.
Nothing is level in the cabin. It's so word trying to walk around. Your brain is telling you to stand up straight but your body is falling across the cabin if you're not leaning over.
Here we have superman.
And now she's standing on the wall!
Leeeeean
Here is proof that it always rains on us!
Iron Mountain Road
Talk about carsick!!! Iron Mountain Road is really really awesome but not one to go on if you get carsick! It took all night for me to recover. It was awful. But the views were amazing! Beautiful! I can't decide which to talk about. Us girls were all soooo sick but the tunnels were a lot of fun!
This one was 8'wide, I could reach out and touch the walls!
Wall Drug
We drove over to Wall Drug for the free ice water and homemade donuts. No, the donuts aren't free, they cost enough for a regular donut and a gallon of ice water combined! But I guess it's the adventure that counts right?
I was kind of excited about getting a picture of the girls in the 6' jackalope.
Reptile Gardens
I remember going here when I was a kid so I was excited when we decided to make this one of our stops. I was determined to make the girls eat alligator meat since I've regretted not doing it basically my whole life... unfortunately I couldn't find any. They were very relieved!
Maycie insisted on being pushed in a stroller but we all gave up pushing her after the first show because it was too hard to manoeuvre.
We saw the gator show first then the birds then part of the snake show (GROSS!) last.
We even got to pet a baby alligator!
The girls panned for gems.
They compared their wing span.
The tortoises were a huge hit! We could have stayed right here for hours watching them eat grass but (luckily) there was a show we had to get to.
After the snake show the girls were able to pet a baby python. YUCK! Have I ever mentioned how much I really, really don't like snakes?!
Mount Rushmore
This is my favorite pixie of the whole trip! I love how cute these two are!
Maycie loved using her binoculars for everything from watching the movie to studying the maps. Best money we spent! The girls both filled out their ranger booklets and earned their badges.

Girls trip to Bismarck
Did these pictures post already?
These are the pictures from the day trip we took to Bismarck a while back. We went to a fun museum and park called Eagles Landing but it was raining so we didn't stay long at the park.
