Well isn't this lovely. ..

Have I ever mentioned that I get up at 6:20AM? Well, I do.  Have I ever mentioned how much I don't like getting up at 6:20? Well, I really don't like it! I know I use to get up even earlier and I was Ok with it.  Since I became a mom my sleep became something very very important to me.  I pretty much love it.

Have I ever mentioned how far away the bus stop is?

How about Haylee's school?

How about how much it rains here?

What about how cold it is in the mornings?

I know I haven't mentioned anything about how dark it is in the mornings now.  The light doesn't start creeping in our windows until well after 8. It is pitch black.  It's so dark outside that even with our porch light on I still get a little freaked out going out there by myself.

Well with that all said, this is what I noticed this morning... AFTER waking up at 6:20. After getting ready, getting the girls up, getting them dressed, doing their hair, feeding them breakfast. AFTER I had started the car, let it warm up, loaded the girls in, AFTER they were buckled...

 

Yay! Third flat tire in two months. Second time this one has been flat in the last two weeks. Ugh.

 

Sorry girls. No school today.
